Jonathan resides in Eugene, OR with his dog Koda.

In addition to being a visual artist, he is currently the Gallery Director for the LaVerne Krause Gallery at the University of Oregon where he also serves as an Adjunct Instructor in Photography and Digital Art.

Jonathan received his MFA in 2014 from the University of Oregon while studying with studying with Terri Warpinski, Dan Powell, and Rick Silva. For his undergraduate degree, he studied with Baldwin Lee, Paul Lee, and "Uncle" Phil", while completing his BA in Studio Art and a minor in Philosophy at the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2009.

Jonathan also works under the moniker Saturday School with Andrew Oslovar and is a founding member of the artist collective Tropical Contemporary.

He is available for collaborations, commissions, and editorial work along with other projects as time/interest allow.
